We are the existing spill response provider to Grosvenor Oil and were tasked with assisting them to deliver and process nearly half a million litres of oil.
We were also required to provide spillage response should any incidents occur through our ‘Spill Response Network’.
We provided two reinforced and flexible HGV vehicle bunds, each with the capacity to contain 2,400 liters, which were both specifically manufactured for the task.
We also provided extra protection against ground conditions with additional groundsheets and repair kits.
It is envisaged the units will require repositioning up to nine times during the project and Chemclear will ensure this is completed without incident or damage to the bunds.
The initial deployment of the bunds was carried out on May 29, 2020 and we will be returning to repeat the process.
